Farewell to John Parr,

Process Communication Romania sadly shares the news that on 2 December 2025, John Parr, the company’s founder, passed away.

John was a Certifying Master Trainer of PCM® who established PCM® in Romania and played a central role in its development. He was far more than the exclusive distributor of PCM® in Romania.
He was widely respected across the entire community for his kindness, dedication, and integrity.
John did not merely teach others to be OK–OK; he embodied the OK–OK philosophy himself, even in challenging times.

To honour his memory, we are sharing a few reflections from his close colleagues within the PCM
community.

His work has left a lasting legacy across our PCM community.
We are losing not only a great CMT and a successful distributor, but also a mentor whose presence and spirit meant a great deal to many of us.
Our thoughts are with his family, his loved ones, and the entire PCM community who had the privilege of knowing him.
