I have more than 20 years of managerial experience in consulting, banking, and IT. I know how difficult is to be a leader or manager, to work with people and daily objectives. I’ve discovered what is means performant team, how challenging is to build it and to keep it. In the process of development I’ve discovered that PCM is one of the most important training for everyone. I truly believe that PCM is a mandatory training for every manager at every hierarchical level. I saw the impact in real life and I decide to influence many other people around me to discover their needs and how to communication with any person in professional or personal life.
